In addition to our outstanding medical providers, we have a variety of other staff dedicated to making your visit as convenient and rewarding as possible.
NEW PATIENT COORDINATOR
Our new patient coordinator will walk you through the process of establishing yourself as a new patient and help you to navigate through all the insurance and paperwork requirements of our office. We have this person in place to help you to understand our practices, policies and assisting you in understanding insurance benefits, Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits and eligibility.
SURGERY COORDINATOR
Being told you need surgery can be a daunting experience. We have an excellent Surgery Coordinator on staff who will assist you in every step of the way in the coordination of your surgery. She is here to assist you in understanding the authorization, referral, and insurance coordination for these services.

Every organization needs a Team Leader. Our Administrator's goal is to be sure that each and every one of us at Women's Healthcare Associates of Redding provides the highest quality care to our patients in a caring and compassionate manner. You, our patient, are the reason we exist! Of course, our Administrator has numerous other responsibilities, including the management of our practice and other business related functions that keep us positioned to be the best OB/GYN practice in the region.
